3. We explain these options in simple terms and make our professional recommendation.

4. We discuss the pros and cons of each and help you make an informed decision on the right option for you.

5. We fill in the paperwork for you, leaving you only to simply sign a form. We then submit the loan to the lender for you AND chase them up!

6. Your loan is approved and the official loan documents created. Congrats!
